“What is your production time?”
2-3 weeks is needed to craft your piece. Almost every item sold on the website is made upon order and crafted with lots of love and care. If you need your order to arrive to you on a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
Coming soon: “ready-to-ship” items are shipped within 5 business days!
“What are the shipping cost?”
USA & CANADA: flat rate of $18CAD
INTERNATIONAL: flat rate of $25
What is the currency of your prices?
Our prices are in CAD $
Does shipping comes with a tracking number?
Always!
We also mark off our parcels as “merchandise”. We will not mark off as “gifts” as it is safer for the clients & for us when it comes to insurance. We are very strict about this.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
Canada: Approximately 2-10 businessdays
USA: Approximately 3-10 business days
International: 8-24 business days
Please note that these time are not calculated with the “production time”.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide! Although, please keep in mind that there might be additional international charges that has nothing to do with us such as your country’s taxes (VAT), TARIFFS, duties & other customs fees.
For USA clients: We now ship duty-free!
