  • ALL SALES are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase. Simply send us an e-mail within that time if you wish to cancel or if you changed your mind about your order at: blackdaisiesjewelry@gmail.com

  • No returns/refunds, only exchanges within 10 days of receiving the item(s).

  • Exchanges are to be confirmed first through e-mail before proceding to the next step. The piece(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them.

  • STEP 1: We must inspect the item(s) to see if they’re not damaged or broken. Send us a clear picture please.

  • STEP 2: The item(s) to be exchanged must be sent within 14 business days once you received your order. Please contact us immediately.

  • STEP 3: You will have to assume the shipping cost for returning the item(s) and the shipping cost for the new exchanged item(s) to be shipped back to you.

  • Due to the nature of our pieces being handmade, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on exceptional cases*
