  • Buyers are responsible for their countries’ tariffs and duty fees upon delivery. USA customers: we now ship duty-free due to “CUSMA” agreement.

  • We are not responsible for allergic skin reactions to metals such as silver, brass or bronze.

  • We are not responsible for stolen/lost orders once it’s shipped as we have no control over third party (mail carriers). Although we will do our best to help out and communicate with the third party.
